These terms of reservation apply to family holidays. The terms for conference groups are agreed upon separately.

Price list

Terms of rental:

• The cabins are available starting at 5 P.M. on the day of arrival, checkout is at 2 P.M.
• Picking up the key is agreed upon when the customer calls the reservation service two days before the reservation. Tel. +358 19 634 655 or +358 400 714 673.
• The customer is responsible for cleaning the cabin during the stay and at the end of it and brings his/her own linen. End of stay cleaning and linen can also be ordered in advance from the reservation service. To the rent of big cottages finalcleaning is always added. (Joutsen, Pihlaja, Kaisla, Karhu and Kettu).

Terms of reservation:

• Reservation is binding once made by the customer. The reservation fee (half of the price) must be paid 7 days after making the reservation and the rest 21 days before the start of the stay.
• The customer must give notice of pets when making the reservation. Camping and use of campervans on the property is forbidden.

Terms of cancellation:

Cancellation must always be done in writing to the reservation service. If the customer cancels their reservation:

• 21 days before the start of the stay, the reservation fee will be returned with a 10 € service charge and a 50 € cancellation charge deducted from it.
• less than 21 days before the start of the stay, the customer will be charged for the whole stay.
• cancellation is considered to have taken place when the reservation service receives notice of it.
• an exception is made in case of acute illness of the person who made the reservation or one of his/her close relatives. A doctor’s certificate must be supplied.
• in case of a force majeure, Rönnäs can cancel the reservation and the client has the right to have their payment returned.
• if the fees and payments relating to the reservation are not made on time Rönnäs has the right to cancel the reservation.

Compensation for damages:


• The customer is liable for any damage to the cabin or its furnishings directly to the owner or holiday hostess.

Note:

• All comments concerning the reservation or condition of the cabin must be made immediately to the reservation service.
• We reserve the right to price changes.
